It’s a Pure Barre pop-up! You don’t have to be a dancer to participate in this low-impact workout. The Pure Barre ™ technique is made up of a thoughtful series of small, controlled movements that isolate and target specific muscle groups - arms, thighs, seat, and abs. You'll use your body weight in this mat class to produce strong, lean muscles without the bulk. Mats provided, grippy socks encouraged but not required. Safe for all fitness levels, even soon-to-be moms.
